Order Processing
Once your order is placed and payment is confirmed, our team begins preparing your order for dispatch. Orders are typically processed within 3 business days. You'll receive an email as soon as your order ships.
Shipping Charges
Shipping is free on orders of ₹1,999 and above. Below that, a flat shipping fee of ₹90 applies. The applicable charge is calculated automatically and shown at checkout before you pay.
Delivery Areas
We currently ship within India. International shipping is available.
Delivery Timelines
Estimated delivery timelines are 3 to 8 working days depending on the delivery location, calculated from the date of dispatch. Timelines may vary during festive periods or due to circumstances outside our control.
Order Tracking
You can check the status of any order at any time using Order Tracking with your order reference and the email or phone number used at checkout. Signed-in customers can also view their full order history under My Account.
Delays
